If you're adding in-stock items AND a custom bow order, personalisation, or pre-ordered items to your cart, you can select to have your in-stock items shipped now, and your customs/pre-orders shipped later with our split delivery option.

You can choose to have your second parcel shipped via these Australia Post options:

1. Parcel Post: tracked, please check the Australia Post website for delivery timeframes from postcode 6172. This is on top of the production time for your custom order. Generally, it's about 5-8 business days Australia-wide.
2. Express Post: tracked, please check the Australia Post website for delivery timeframes from postcode 6172. This is on top of the production time for your custom order. Generally, it's about 1-3 business days Australia-wide.
3. XS Large Letter: there are strict size limitations on the XS letter - your product/s need to be able to be shipped flat, in a box that is less than 2cm thick. Please keep this in mind when choosing this option; the "safe" option is to select Parcel or Express Post. This is an untracked letter service. Generally, it's about 2-3 weeks for letters to arrive Australia-wide. 
4. Courier: tracked. Although our couriers tend to estimate a 1-3 day delivery, there have been delays in the network from time to time. Please get in touch with us if you have questions about our courier choices in relation to your order.
