Shipping Info
- Free Pick Up from our WA DC. Our DC is in Port Kennedy, WA. Collection times: Monday - Friday 9am - 1pm. Orders are generally ready to collect next business day.
- Flat rate Parcel Post (tracked) $10.60 Australia-wide. ETA 5-10 business days from order fulfillment.
- Flat rate Express Post (tracked) $14.10 Australia-wide (excludes aerosols). ETA 1-3 business days from order fulfillment.
- Discounted Express Post $10 on orders $100 (excludes aerosols + wholesale orders) ETA 1-3 business days from order fulfillment.
- XS Parcel/Large Letter (untracked) $3.60 Australia-wide. ETA 1-3 weeks.

Pre-Orders + Backorders
In many cases, we're in-stock and ready to ship next business day.
Backorders are also known as Pre-Orders. Pre-orders are signified by the "Add to cart" button being replaced by a "Pre-Order" button, as well as notifications relating to timeframes that pop-up on the Product Page/s, and on the Cart Page, to ensure it's clear that there may be a wait for these items.
If you have any questions about your order, please reply to your Order Confirmation email (that way we have your order specifics handy!), and we'll be most happy to help!
If you've selected a custom item, or an item that is out of stock, the following information about "Pre-Orders" is important:
1. All pre-orders are accepted with a non-refundable pre-payment.
2. Items are manufactured to demand, with up to a 4-8 week turnaround + shipping to your door.
3. Although we always quote 4-8 weeks, it is likely your items will be with you well within this time period. We're much happier to be "safe than sorry"!
Shipping of pre-orders
If you've added other items to your cart that are in-stock now, we'll be in touch to see whether you want us to ship everything together, or add in a second shipping fee. As a default option, we will post your order once everything is in-stock.

How School Ponytails is Supporting Your Organisation Today
Your school can earn 20% from today's purchase of school uniform, sports House/Faction colours, and gifts site-wide!*
It's simple! Products to suit your uniform and sport colours are listed by colour, as approved by your school. Just click a colour or colour combination on your school's page to see the huge range that's available to match your uniform.
At the end of term, we'll know to send 20% back to your school so long as your unique Fundraising Code is showing in the box in the Checkout (this is the tech magic that is required to ensure your school's fundraiser is activated; without it, we cannot match the sale to your school).
There's 3 simple ways to activate the code:
1. Head to our site via the official fundraising link or QR code.
2. Click the Fundraising Code showing on your organisation's page to automatically put it in the Checkout for your session (a new window will pop up; both windows will have the code added).
3. Copy and paste your fundraising code to the code box in the Checkout.
Yes: you can shop the whole store!
There's a few exclusions for the Fundraise with Bows program (e.g. products already reduced/at wholesale price), but those products will be marked.
Free Delivery to School: From time-to-time, your P&C / school / club will arrange to collate orders and set a delivery date for your school / club. This means you get FREE delivery, but you must be sure to activate and select your delivery school.
Want to know if your school has an active delivery? Look to the top of your school's page: if there's an activation link, select your school from the menu. If something's out of stock, or is a custom colour, we'll be in touch to ship it separately.
